We are pharmacists who still do the job. We have created training that reflects the reality of prescribing, not just the theory. Whether you are just getting started or developing your scope, we are here to support you with practical, useful education that makes sense in day to day practice.
Our training is built for real life. It is led by working pharmacists and designed to help you apply what you have learned safely and confidently.
We are starting with HRT in partnership with Numark and will be adding more topics soon. All of it focused on useful, everyday prescribing.
Becoming a prescriber takes time and support.
Our DPPs are active clinicians who understand the responsibility that comes with prescribing. We offer consistent, honest supervision that builds confidence without cutting corners.
We have supported foundation year pharmacists and trainees across different sites.
Our focus is on helping people gain experience in real clinical settings, with guidance that helps them build confidence, judgement and independent thinking.
We take part in events and conversations that matter to the profession.
From national conferences to podcasts, we have shared our experience on topics like cardiometabolic care, clinical decision making, and the future of pharmacist led services. We are happy to contribute where it adds value.
We are still in practice. We are doing the work alongside the people we train.
That means our sessions are practical, honest, and based on what actually happens, not just what the guidelines say. We have built the kind of support we needed when we started. Now we are offering it to others.
Managing Director and Advanced Pharmacist Practitioner
Lynne has been a qualified pharmacist for 27 years and the Managing Director of Ashburton since 2013. She is an Advanced Pharmacist Practitioner and is also currently training as a Health Coach and Mentor. Lynne is passionate about supporting pharmacists to thrive in and enjoy the jobs they do whilst ensuring that patient's receive excellent care. She has presented many times at local and national conferences and is a committee member of the Haemostasis and Thrombosis group at UKCPA.
