Brief career history:
When I finished University in May 2014 I started working part time with Ashburton doing domiciliary visits as part of the Anticoagulation Clinics. As the company developed I was given further responsibilities such as organising and arranging clinics. During the summer of 2016 I was given the role of Operations Manager as the company had expanded significantly over the previous 12 months. My current role involves managing our growing team and ensuring contact with Ashburton is clear and consistent.
I joined Ashburton because:
I joined the company when it was a much smaller operation in May 2014; I became the first full time member of staff later that year. Lynne and Sue have afforded me some great opportunities to learn and grow into the role I hold today. The core values that Ashburton hold are representative of its directors, helping people who need it and providing the best service possible. I wanted to be a part of a company that genuinely believes in those core values.
I like working for Ashburton because:
All staff are given the freedom to enjoy their work, the team is open and helpful with one another and I get to meet a lot of interesting people. I believe in the potential of this company to really be something special and it's a pleasure to be part of it.
